We welcome patients with private medical insurance and those choosing to fund their own care.
Before treatment begins, we will provide clear information about the expected costs of your care, including any relevant insurance approvals, excesses, co-payments or exclusions.
As costs vary depending on the type and number of treatments required, your Consultant will first assess your individual needs and develop a personalised treatment plan. Once this has been determined, we will provide a clear and transparent breakdown of all associated costs.
Using private medical insurance
If you are using private medical insurance, you should check with your insurer that your proposed treatment is covered and that any required pre-authorisation is in place. While we will support you with the information needed for your claim, you remain responsible for any charges that are not covered by your insurer.
Self-funded care
If you are paying for your own care, we will provide an estimate based on your planned treatment. Costs may change if your treatment plan changes or if additional consultations, tests, medicines, procedures or treatments are required. We will explain any additional charges that apply.
